Simply sign up for a hosting plan and upon sign up, you will
be prompted to enter the domain you are transferring. Our system
will then deliver instructions on how to transfer your domain
with your current registrar.
I need a domain...how do I get one?
Purchase one from any domain name registrar or sign up for
a hosting plan and click on the option to buy a new domain.
Can I upgrade my hosting plan?
Yes. Contact us and we will go over all of the options available
as well as any current hosting specials and discounts.
Do I get email accounts with hosting that are @ my domain
name?
Yes. All of our hosting includes email @your domain name. Our
hosting even includes unlimited email accounts, autoresponders,
forwarders, and mailing lists and more. Click

Can I use you for design if I already have hosting?
Yes. Simply contact us for a Design/Development Quote and we will
determine how to deliver your final design and development needs
no matter where you choose

I am a Design and Development client...do I get a control
panel?
Control panels come with our hosting plans however some design
and development clients will get specialized services and therefore
will have custom control panels instead of a standard control
panel.
I purchased a Complete Website Package and Hosting was
included...do I get a control panel?
Depending on the package you received you may get a control
panel. Some of the plans that are offered at super discounts
include hosting but no control panel. If you need a control panel,
you can always upgrade your hosting.
The cost for a control panel is only $5/month.
What features are offered in a control panel?
Too many to list here! Depending on your plan they will vary.
But all will include email administration, statistics, web services
options, site builders, access to databases, message boards,
support tickets, search engine submission tools and more.
